First Annual Jeffrey T. Kace Memorial Golf Tournament
Athens, Ohio - April 28, 2007 On Saturday, April 28, 2007 over 40 Graduate & Undergraduate Alpha Omega Brothers, fathers of Brothers and friends of Jeff Kace '05 participated in the First Annual Jeffrey T. Kace Memorial Golf Tournament. Held at the Ohio University Course, the shotgun tournament began at 8:30 a.m. and concluded just before the noon hour. Participants were treated to a continental breakfast prior to the tournament and each golfer received a Club Shirt as a souvenir of their participation. Over $6,500 in proceeds from the Memorial Golf Tournament was raised for the Kace Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation. Many thanks to tournament organizers Christina Rough and Tony Albanese '06 for their extraordinary efforts in bringing this tournament to fruition. Thanks also to the Sisters of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority who provided the continental breakfast, refreshments and supplies for the Tournament.
